h3 dogcast

A loop-able animation created for use by the H3 Podcast. It calls upon references from the previously mentioned podcast to create a short scene that is to be used in the event of technical difficulties.

Programs used include Photoshop and Adobe After Effects

 
 

S.P.o.t

Created in 2021, “S.P.o.T” tells the story of an alien scientist, Dr. Vahrtech, who works for an organization known as “The Conglomerate”. Desperate to convince his boss, The Director, that his machine is worthy of use, the two aliens have a conversation about both the machine, and Dr. Vahrtech’s place within “The Conglomerate”.

Dr. Vahrtech is voiced by Michael Hitchcock, The Director is voiced by Craig Campbell.

Programs used include After Effects, Character Animator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

PAssing OUt Pieces

Created in 2020, “Passing Out Pieces” is animated music video for the song “Passing Out Pieces” by Mac DeMarco. Characters were drawn on sticky notes and scanned into After Effects.

Programs used include After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Pet Homelessness PSA

Created in 2021, “Pet Homelessness PSA” is a short, narrative-based, informational animation about pet homelessness in the United States.

The Narrator is voiced by Craig Campbell

Programs used include After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

THe Wolf & His SHadow

Created in 2020, “The Wolf & His Shadow” is an animated version of the Aesop fable by the same name.

Programs used include After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

The Anthropophagite

Created in 2020, “The Anthropophagite” is a narrative-based music video for the song “Sugar-Free” by Jons. The story revolves around a starving, lonely alien scouring the desolate planet he lives on, desperate for help. When he eventually finds it, however, it may be more trouble than its worth.

Programs used include After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

On the Street interview

Created in 2019, “On The Street Interview” is a short animation created mainly in Adobe Character Animator, and features an interviewer asking a random person about a defining moment in their childhood.

The Interviewee is voiced by H. Lawson
